“Tom worked as a multimedia journalist (MMJ) for numerous years, also known as a one-man band in the television industry. As a result, he usually crisscrossed North Mississippi by himself, turning in a couple of articles a day. Those tales were nearly always packed with genuine individuals from the area, the ones who were most affected by the story. Tom had little trouble locating genuine individuals since he was one himself.”
