Kim Ji-won, the star of My Liberation Notes, has formally severed relations with her two-year management company, SALT Entertainment. SALT Entertainment officially announced on June 10 that the actress’s exclusive contract with the agency had expired and she would not be renewing it. SALT Entertainment stated that, while their contract will not be renewed, they will be rooting for each other and wishing each other the best. Kim Ji-management won’s also asked her supporters to send her love and support in her future undertakings.
Kim Ji-won will not return to SALT Entertainment.
SALT Entertainment, which manages stars Park Shin-hye and Kim Seon-ho, confirmed her resignation from the company after two years. It said:
“We have resolved to cheer for each other in our different areas after terminating our management of actress Kim Ji Won.”

They praised the My Liberation Notes actress and promised to continue supporting her as she takes on more tough parts in her next ventures. The statement went on to say:
“We would like to congratulate actress Kim Ji Won for her positive attitude while working with us on a range of projects.” We sincerely wish her success as actor Kim Ji Won, who will continue to shine brightly in numerous films in the future.”
Finally, SALT Entertainment expressed gratitude to the actress’ fans for their unfailing love and support and wished her the best in her future undertakings. On February 10, 2020, she inked an exclusive deal with SALT Entertainment. Starship previously equated her with King Kong. The gifted actress made her commercial modeling debut over a decade ago, in 2010. She made her acting debut in the drama High Kick! Revenge of the Short-Legged and went on to star in The Heirs, Descendants of the Sun, Fight for my Way, Arthdal Chronicles, and, most recently, My Liberation Notes.

In My Liberation Notes, she co-starred with Lee Min-ki, Seon Seok-Koo, and Lee El, and she produced a stunning performance. The plot revolves around three siblings, Yeom Chang-hee (Lee Min-ki), Yeom Mi-jeong (Kim Ji-won), and Yeom Ki-jeong (Lee El), as well as a mysterious visitor named Mr. Gu (Seon Seok-koo). The brothers and Mr. Gu desire to leave their boring lives behind in search of brighter pastures.
Yeom Mi-jeong is the youngest of Kim Ji-three won’s siblings. She portrays a contract employee at a credit card company’s design department. She is shy and timid until she chooses to take charge of her life and alter the course of events.
