Lee Jun-ho, known professionally as Junho, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, dancer, composer, and actor. He is a member of the K-pop boy band 2 PM, which includes Junho, Jun. K, Nichkhun, Taecyeon, Wooyoung, and Chansung. Junho made his acting debut in the Korean film Cold Eyes in July 2013. The youthful star is also well-known for his parts in films such as Good Manager, Rain or Shine, and The Red Sleeve.

Subway Korea issued a statement explaining why they picked Junho, a K-pop superstar, to be the face of the food chain’s new marketing commercial. It was revealed,
“Junho was picked because he has always worked hard in his assigned responsibilities, whether as a singer or an actor, even when he was not known, and has now become a positive emblem of hard work and progress for the Korean people.”
