Chrissy Teigen, an American model, and singer John Legend has chosen to have a family. On February 18, 2022, the 36-year-old turned to Instagram stories and hinted that she might be considering surrogacy. The picture depicted IVF injectable drugs, often used for egg retrieval. Teigen captioned the photo, “Here we go again,” and added a pink uterus sticker.
Chrissy Teigen also posted an Instagram photo of herself extending her legs, begging her admirers not to question if she’s pregnant since she’s the “opposite of that.” Teigen’s IVF experiment comes a year after she and Legend lost their baby Jack at 20 weeks. The cookbook author said that she would be unable to have another natural pregnancy in the future.

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend already have two children.
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend have two children. A girl called Luna and a boy named Miles. Teigen and Legend’s first child, Luna Simone Stephens, was born in 2016. She was born in 2013, three years after her parent’s marriage. Teigen said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2018 that Luna’s name was influenced by Teigen’s love of space as well as an astronomical occurrence that happened when Luna was born, saying:
“There was a blood moon, and it was a very lovely night.” There was an extremely enormous, brilliant, crimson moon. It was just stunning. And I have a thing with empty spaces. I think about space camp and my experience there as a kid all the time.”
Luna’s middle name is an homage to famed vocalist Nina Simone. Miles Theodore Stephens, the couple’s second child, was born in 2018. Legend told Glamour that Miles’ first name, like Luna’s middle name, is a tribute to iconic musician Miles Davis. “Chrissy loved the name Theodore, so we combined the two and came up with Miles Theodore Stephens.” We were thinking, ‘He looks like a Miles,’ when he walked out, and we hung out with him for a short bit.” The couple was expecting their third child, a boy named Jack, in September 2020, but Teigen confirmed through her Instagram page that Jack died midway through the pregnancy.
Chrissy informed her followers that on February 3, 2021, the week Jack was supposed to be delivered, she had been diagnosed with endometriosis and would need surgery. Luna and Miles were born as a result of in vitro fertilization. Her reproductive issues were initially mentioned in 2015 on an episode of the short-lived chat program FABLife. Chrissy Teigen claimed that the couple would have had children a long time ago but were having difficulty conceiving. She also discussed the “shame” associated with the procedure and how it was still prominent in modern culture.
