Zachary began his acting career as Adam in the 2002 ‘FX’ television film ‘Big Shot: Confessions of a Campus Bookie.’ Later, he portrayed Grant Asher in the television movie ‘See Jane Date.’ He was also cast in the ABC sitcom Less Than Perfect that year, playing Kipp Steadman. Levi appeared in 81 episodes of the show, which aired from 2002 to 2006. In 2004, he was offered the lead role in the television series ‘Three,’ but the show did not air.
He then starred in Chuck in 2007. He and his co-star Yvonne Strahovski were both nominated for Teen Choice Awards in 2010 for Best Action Actor and Actress Choice TV Series.
