Ken Jeong’s first animated feature film

Ellen discusses Ken Jeong’s debut animated film, “Over the Moon,” as well as his two Fox television series. They then discussed the tattoos of Ken and the locations where they typically get tattooed. Ken claims he doesn’t enjoy having tattoos on the back of his legs, i.e. the calves, even though he likes them. Ellen inquired about Ken and Tran Jeong’s twin children, who were thirteen years old at the time of the interview, and if they think their father is cool. They don’t, according to Ken, since they have blocked him on social media.

In response to the question of whether they watch or enjoy his programs, Ken said that they do, but for reasons other than him. They also spoke about his golden doodle puppy, “Moca,” who is 11 months old.

According to Ken, the increase in hate crimes against Asians is a “Pandemic of Hate.”

Since the worldwide pandemic in 2020, overall hate crimes have decreased to 7%, while Asian-related hate crimes have risen to 15%. According to Ken, it was exactly because of words like ‘Kung Fu and ‘China Virus.’ He has been trying to bring attention to the rise in hate crimes against Asian Americans. He also reached out to Asian American children, telling them that they are not alone in their struggle.
