Quin Snyder began his professional career as an assistant coach for the Los Angeles Clippers in 1992. Snyder worked as an administrative assistant for Duke under head coach Krzyzewski in 1993. Later, he became an assistant coach and helped Duke win the ACC Tournament in 1999.
Quin was named head coach of the University of Missouri’s Missouri Tigers in 1999. He continued to coach the team for another seven years. During his tenure, the Missouri Tigers improved significantly and defeated ranked opponents such as Illinois and Kansas.
