Season 3 of Blown Away will premiere on July 22, 2022, with a fresh cast of participants. In the program, ten participants will compete against each other to achieve supremacy, with Minhi Su England among them. The 32-year-old glass memorial maker has a secret talent: she can sing.
Minhi Su England from Season 3 of Blown Away has a glass-blowing company with her pal.
Minhi Su England, who now resides in Seattle, Washington, co-owns the glass-blowing firm Liquid Lush Studio with her friend Bri Chesler. The two buddies make unusual yet gorgeous glass-blown items that they sell as presents. Minhi married her ten-year partner, Jesse England, in a lavish wedding in September 2021. Her first response to accepting her husband’s family name was to refuse to participate in the ritual, fearing that her individuality would be eclipsed in the process. She did, however, ultimately label her inventions as Minhi Su England.
She also uploaded a picture on Instagram that described the events of her wedding day in great detail:
“This was a significant step for me. It is a milestone for putting aside my ego and pride in order to recognize the extraordinary influence Jesse has had on my life, both artistically and as a friend. For conventional reasons, I am not interested in making this modification. Instead, I aim to realize his importance and take it with me for the rest of my life.”
Minhi’s life, however, took an unexpected turn when she lost her spouse to illness just nine months after they married. Jesse’s memorial was organized by the glass artist at Pilchuck Glass School, where she met him in 2012. Minhi opted to sing Cosmic Dancer at Pilchuck with her brother-in-law Ken England because it reminded her of her husband. Jesse sang this song to Minhi when he arrived to see her at her cabin in Pilchuck in 2012. Furthermore, Minhi expressed thanks to the school for enabling her to have the burial at a location that was very important to both of them. She is actively involved in her professional community and often works with them to make glass-blowing wonders.
