We can’t wait for Netflix to release Love on The Spectrum in the United States. The docuseries Love on Spectrum U.S. will launch on Netflix on May 18, 2022, at 3 a.m. ET. Jennifer Cook is among the cast. Jennifer Cook, 46, will participate as the show’s on-camera Autism Expert. She was 35 years old when she was diagnosed with Autism (Asperger syndrome), despite being the author of seven novels. She fights for the rights of neurodivergent persons, particularly those with autism.
She will meet with some of the show’s competitors before their first date and advise them on the matter. Love on the Spectrum U.S. is based on an Australian series in which individuals with autism struggle to find love and encounter relationship obstacles. The program will highlight the problems that participants with autism confront.
Who Is Jennifer Cook?
Jennifer was reared as a single kid in New Jersey. She enjoyed dancing as a youngster, and it became a lifetime love for her when she was two. She joined Mensa at the age of seven and performed in several high school musicals. She has twice been named ‘All-State Tennis Player.’
Jennifer and her family presently reside in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 1997, she graduated from Brown University and joined the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. She was also a cheerleader for the football team and a dancer in the University’s dance company. She was the first undergraduate to join the state partnership to combat domestic abuse.
Jennifer had suffered sexual assault in a prior relationship, and when asked about it, she stated,
“My unbreakable pledge to myself was to love the h**l out of this earth! I’d take what occurred, analyze it, and apply it.”
She also attended the Graduate School of Social Work at Colombia University and the Graduate School of Education at Queens University. Jennifer Cook, an autism expert, and best-selling book, was diagnosed in 2011 at the age of 35. Her spouse and three children had previously been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her writings often include autistic individuals and provide advice on how to live with autism. She has so far authored seven novels.
Jennifer explained her diagnosis to Sanctuary, saying,
“I began to research social norms… If I hadn’t been diagnosed, I would never have paid attention to them.”

Asperkids: An Insider’s Guide to Loving, Understanding, and Teaching Children with Asperger’s Syndrome was her debut book, and it got the Temple Grandin Award for Outstanding Global Contribution. Jennifer was designated one of North Carolina’s 50 most prominent women and serves on the Autism Society of America’s Panel of People on the Spectrum. Jennifer Cook may be heard stating in the Love on the Spectrum trailer what every participant of the program wants from a relationship,
“Respect, understanding, and plenty of love.”
