The Bachelor returns to ABC on Monday, January 23 at 8 p.m. ET with a brand new season. The famed dating show’s season 27 will feature 30 women fighting for the love and adoration of Zach Shallcross, who was last seen on The Bachelorette season 19 but failed to win Rachel Recchia’s heart. Holland Parsons of Boca Raton, Florida, is one of the contenders that will attempt to build a close relationship with Zach and may possibly propose to him before the conclusion of the season.
Season 27 Bachelor contestant Holland Parsons is a modern insurance marketer.
Holland, 24, graduated from Clemson University and was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority, according to LinkedIn. She possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management as well as an FLDFS insurance representative license. She just left her part-time executive assistant position at American Eagle Ventures LLC in December 2022 after almost three years of service.
Holland sees herself as a “spunky and confident lady” who seeks “unwavering devotion, loyalty, and a true personality” in a relationship. Holland enjoys wine, sushi, and sailing with her girlfriends, according to her ABC profile. Her favorite TV program is The Bachelor, and she enjoys practicing Pilates and going to the beach in her homeland of Florida. In addition, the description states:
“Holland knows what she wants, and good luck trying to stop her!”
She can’t even “function” without air conditioning. Parsons presently has over 1800 Instagram followers, and according to her postings, she enjoys spending time on boats.

More information about The Bachelor season 27
Zach Shallcross left The Bachelorette season 19 after discovering his bond with Rachel Recchia was not as deep as he imagined. On September 20, 2022, at the conclusion of The Bachelorette, he was named as the show’s next lead. He will now strive to connect with the 30 hopefuls and, hopefully, propose to one of them in the finale after completing several tasks and going on dates with them. The series is described by ABC as follows:
“Zach Shallcross’ adventure to find love will continue as he steps in as leading man for the upcoming 27th season of “The Bachelor,” after a painful exit from Gabby and Rachel’s season of “The Bachelorette.”
It also says:
“Shallcross garnered Bachelor Nation’s heart when he made the painful choice to stop his journey on “The Bachelorette” after an emotional discovery about his future with Rachel.” When the season debuts, the charming California native will begin giving out roses.”
Jesse Palmer will host Season 27 of The Bachelor, which is now filming in Los Angeles. Aside from that, Tallinn, The Bahamas, and Hungary will be included in the exhibition. On Monday, January 23, watch ABC to see whether Holland can make a positive first impression on Zach on the season premiere of The Bachelor.
