Season 21 of American Idol recently returned to ABC, and fans are already glued to their displays every Sunday night. The second installment of the series will broadcast on February 26, 2023, at 8 p.m. ET/ 7 p.m. CT.
The renowned reality TV competition series will present fans with new ambitious candidates who will come in the hopes of dazzling the judges and winning a golden ticket to Hollywood. Caroline Kole, who recently performed on NBC’s Songland, is one such candidate. Now she’s on American Idol, trying to win the competition this season, which will air exclusively on ABC.

Who Is Caroline Kole?

Caroline was born in the summer of 1997. She is a musician, vocalist, and composer. Suite Caroline was her first stage moniker. Despite being born in Houston, Texas, she has origins in Tampa Bay, Florida, and presently resides in Nashville, Tennessee. She attended St.private Paul’s school temporarily, where she played volleyball. Caroline began her musical journey when she was ten years old. She began playing at the Country Music Association when she was 14 years old. She issued her first five-track CD and went on tour with Reba McEntire in 2013. The worldwide journey lasted two years.

Caroline offered an exclusive talk to the Tampa Bay Times prior to her debut on American Idol in which she discussed the program.

“I used to watch the program when I was a kid, and my first performance was Kelly Clarkson at Ruth Eckerd Hall.”

Caroline revealed the following about a tune she composed for a documentary:

“I adore the Clearwater Marine Museum, abbreviated as the CMA. It took me a while to get used to that when I first moved to Nashville because the CMA stands for Country Music Association.”

Season 21 of American Idol will be presented by Ryan Seacrest, and the judges will include Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan, and Katy Perry. The program follows the same structure as prior seasons. The season began with tryout stages, in which candidates who were chosen earned a gilded pass to Hollywood. Contestants who make it through Hollywood Week progress to the Demonstration Round. They then move on to the Top 24, where the candidates who make it through this round get to perform live.

Once the Live Performances begin, the judges will have no say in the outcome. Supporters will vote from home for their favored candidate to be retained in the race. Finally, the victor will walk away with a record contract and the season 21 crown. Season 21 of American Idol will premiere with episode two on ABC on Sunday at 8 p.m. ET/ 7 p.m. CT.
