Aside from Cole Sprouse and Lana Condor in the starring roles, Mason Gooding from Booksmart and Scream will play Calvin, Sophie’s long-distance lover who lives on Mars.

Captain Tartar, the spaceship’s commander, will be played by comedian Michelle Buteau of The Circle. Ginny is played by Emily Rudd, Calvin Riggins is played by Lukas Gage, and Jan is played by Christine Adams.
