The 24-year-old K-pop musician was hailed as a polymath by Rolling Stone magazine, which continued to put the group’s song Dynamite at #46. According to the publication, David Stewart, the popular song’s co-writer and producer located in London, refused to term it a K-pop tune because:
“Their ten-year American fever dream collected in their English-language first single.”
