Tracy worked as a labor and employment attorney because she thought she was qualified to do so, and she assisted him in negotiating contracts with the Celtics. She has had a significant impact on her husband’s career. She was the one who inspired him to pursue his passion when he was given a chance to volunteer at the Butler basketball office, which was a fantastic idea.
