Tommy accumulated 2005 yards during his senior year alone. He was awarded the team’s MVP and a Nike Football Elite 11 finalist. Tommy attended Syracuse University after graduating from high school and redshirted there in 2017. However, his freshman season started in 2018. He came off the bench in eight games, serving as Eric Dungey’s backup.
Tommy equaled Ryan Nassib and Donovan McNabb with 19 touchdown passes as a sophomore in school history. He ended the season with 2,482 total yards and 21 touchdowns.
