However, the incident in James’ video was not a hoax. On July 31, 2021, a Frontier Airlines passenger named Maxwell Berry from Norwalk, Ohio, was duct-taped to his seat while flying from Norwalk to Miami. According to the source, he groped and punched flight attendants.
