A former Bachelorette contestant Clare Crawley recently shared a video of her new boyfriend with her Instagram followers. She published the video in a post with the phrase “Him” and a love symbol. She also shared an Instagram story (which is no longer accessible) in which she wrote:
“My ideal match.”
Several Bachelor Nation stars left comments on the video, expressing their joy that the “secret” was finally revealed. While Katie Thurston, Ashley Iaconetti, Sarah Herron, and Caroline Lunny said that they had known about the news for a long time and were waiting for it to be revealed, Clare’s firm, DeFacto Salon, stated:
“Finally. “Y’all are still so f***ing adorable a year later.”
The video showed the pair grooving, with Clare giggling and saying how much she liked the music. An extended version of the video was posted to her now-defunct Instagram story, in which the two were seen kissing. It also includes some photos of them.
Mascot Sports’ CEO is Ryan Dawkins.
Ryan Dawkins, Clare Crawley’s boyfriend on The Bachelorette Season 16, is from Oakland, California. According to his LinkedIn page, he is the CEO of Mascot Sports. He has been in charge of the marketing firm for over six years. On LinkedIn, he stated the company’s mission as follows:
“Through athletes, sponsors, and events, we are sparking the rally for innovation.” The mascot represents a select group of clients in sponsorship strategy, experiential marketing, and athlete representation.”
Ryan was the president and creator of Project Sport prior to Mascot Sports (acquired by Racehorse, LLC). He attended San Francisco State University for his Bachelor’s and Masters’s degrees. According to his profile on Mascot Sports, he is a “competitive athlete” who placed second in the Race Across America from San Diego to Atlantic City and has competed in many IRONMAN events.
It goes on to say:
“In appreciation of his accomplishments, Ryan earned Acquisition International’s Business Excellence Award in 2015 for “Best CEO in the Events Sector” for his contributions to the advancement of the sector.”
Ryan has three kids, according to his bio. Meanwhile, he is seeing The Bachelorette alum Clare Crawley, who just announced their romance on Instagram.

Clare Crawley attempted to find love before The Bachelorette Season 16 on The Bachelor Season 18 and Bachelor In Paradise Seasons 1 and 2. She finally fell in love with Dale Moss, who was one of the suitors on The Bachelorette’s 2020 season. At the conclusion of the ABC program, the two got engaged and were spotted traveling together. Things began to fall apart a few months later when Dale announced the couple’s breakup in January 2021.
