Taylor Frankie Paul, an LDS TikTok celebrity, was detained on attack and domestic violence allegations on Saturday, February 18. According to Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office documents, the 28-year-old celebrity was detained Saturday in Utah’s Herriman and taken into detention at 1.56 a.m. on the same day. Frankie was eventually freed on three minor counts, including criminal damage, domestic violence in the presence of a kid, and attack, at around 10.35 a.m. She and her ex-husband Tate Paul have a two-year-old boy, Ocean, and a five-year-old daughter, Indy.
Dakota Mortensen, her present partner, declined to comment and told the Daily Mail that he was not even permitted to talk to her. Dakota, on the other hand, claimed that Frankie never deliberately hurt anyone. The allegations have not been made public by the city attorney’s office or Herriman PD. The deputy prosecutor, Matt Brooks, informed the outlet:
“I have yet to see the Taylor Paul dossier. If it gets across my desk, I will investigate it as I would any other matter.”

Taylor Frankie’s Dakota Mortensen, Paul’s 30-year-old partner, stated:
“I really don’t want to speak about it, but I need to explain a few points. I did not dial 911.”
Dakota suspected that a neighbor had contacted the police. He declined to reveal what occurred after they returned home. Dakota went on to say:
“I’m going to wait for everything to come out before I comment on it. She never harmed anyone on purpose.”
He was pushed for details by the Daily Mail, but Dakota did not want to expand on the issue. Dakota did, however, state that he and Frankie did not fight. He stated:
“I don’t even want the reality to be revealed. She’s in such a state right now. I attempted to assist her. She’s a decent mother who is going through a difficult time in her life. Taylor has been suffering; it’s been a difficult year for her. She is haunted by remorse over the adultery incident that lost her marriage.”
Taylor Frankie Paul was at a ‘Galentine’s gathering’ on Friday night, according to Dakota. It was a female gathering occasion planned after Valentine’s Day. He stated that he took Taylor back to her home after picking her up from the gathering. Dakota Mortensen, on the other hand, believes Taylor struck rock bottom with her incarceration and will only grow stronger as a result of it.
Taylor announced Dakota as her beau on TikTok in July 2022, during her split. While their brief relationship concluded six months after Taylor’s birth, they quickly reconnected. To prove it, the pair appeared together in a TikTok film in January. Taylor Frankie Paul discussed her struggle with melancholy in August 2022, revealing that she had dropped nearly 90 pounds. Dakota recently told the Daily Mail that he adores Taylor and hopes to have a future with her. He also verified that they reside in different homes approximately 20 miles apart.

He stated that they would have to let the capture go through the system’s processes and wait to see how it turned out. Dakota expressed uncertainty about when he would be able to see or talk with Taylor Frankie Paul again. It could take days, weeks, or even months, he said.
