Suranne Jones is an English actress and producer best known for her role as “Karen McDonald on Coronation Street” from 2000 to 2004. She is also well known for her roles as Detective Rachel Bailey in the police procedural “Scott & Bailey” and Gemma Foster in “Doctor Foster” (2015–2017) as a successful GP who experiences personal betrayal.
