She was still able to stick to her diet plan consistently. She made it a habit to drink some juice first thing in the morning. Although there was no hard and fast rule, she usually resorted to celery juice for her skin.
Aside from that, she didn’t eat in a consistent manner. She admitted to eating whatever she could get her hands on while remaining conscious of what she ate. Of course, the diet was only one component of the story. The reality star was also very serious about her workouts.
According to Bravo, LeCroy attempted to exercise at least four days per week, and the sessions were borderline therapeutic for the reality star. She also attended group classes regularly because her competitive nature pushed her to do more than she would on her own.
