Chicago Med promotion: A drug dealer’s complex case?
In this week’s episode, Dr. Scott’s patient is a drug dealer. This creates a moral dilemma for the qualified doctor, who must choose between his medical and civilian duties.
Several other examples will also be highlighted, including one in which a woman fears she is infested with parasites. This case will be handled by Dr. Daniel Charles, played by Oliver Platt, and Dr. Vanessa Taylor, played by Ashja Cooper. The short promo contains a lot of scenes, implying a jam-packed episode.
According to the episode’s official summary,
“Scott feels his patient is a drug dealer; Halstead must decide how to spend his whistleblower payment; Charles and Taylor assist a patient who believes she is parasite-infested; and Marcel and Blake are partnered with an egotistical physician.”
When Dr. Crockett Marcel, played by Dominic Rains, and Dr. Blake, played by Sarah Rafferty, are teamed with an arrogant surgeon whose name has not yet been disclosed, the promo also hints at danger for them.
