Sadly, Riyaz failed a roadside alcohol test, according to Schmidt. He was subsequently taken to the hospital with minor injuries and “medically cleared” before delivering the breath sample that led to the charges. Schmidt does not identify the accused in the video, but people with inside knowledge of the case say it is Hussein.
