All about Richard Roat
Roat, who was born on July 3, 1993, had a few television parts, including Dr. Jerry Chandler in a pilot episode of the NBC sitcom The Doctors in 1962. He featured in around 170 episodes of the sitcom, which ran for 20 seasons from April 1963 to December 1982. He then appeared as a guest on an episode of The Fugitive, an ABC criminal drama series. It debuted in September 1963 and ran for four seasons, ending in August 1967.
The program was also nominated for five Emmy Awards, including one for Outstanding Dramatic Series in 1966. Throughout the 1970s, Richard appeared in a variety of series, including The Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Bob Newhart Show, Charlie’s Angels, Columbo, Dallas, Police Story, Fantasy Island, and others. He has also starred in movies such as Westworld, American Hot Wax, and Corvette Summer.
During the 1980s and 1990s, Richard Roat became a household figure in the entertainment world. He went on to feature in programs such as The Practice, Grace Under Fire, Baywatch, Simon & Simon, St. Elsewhere, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, The Nanny, The Practice, LA Law, Hart to Hart, 7th Heaven, Mad About You, Lois & Clark, and more.
