RHOA alumnus Porsha Williams married her entrepreneur fiancé Simon Guobadia after a year of engagement. On Friday, November 25, the pair married in a traditional Nigerian ceremony in the presence of their loved ones. According to People, Simon and Porsha married at the Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta in accordance with Nigerian national law and tradition. Traditional Benin singers and dancers performed during the couple’s wedding ceremony.
Their wedding had over 250 attendees, including various Bravolebrities. Guests were observed wearing purple and teal traditional or formal Nigerian-inspired clothes. Porsha Williams, another RHOA star, donned three ensembles on her wedding day. She initially wore a red gown by Lakimmy with a headpiece, then a blue gown and a gold gown both by Tabik. On Saturday, the couple will remarry in an American ceremony.

Porsha Williams’ husband, RHOA alum Simon Guobadia, has been married three times.
Simon Iyore Guobadia is a businessman and entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of Simcol Group and its subsidiaries. According to his official website, simonguobadia.com, Simon was born in Nigeria on June 2, 1964. Simon grew raised in an upper-middle-class home with seven younger siblings. Stanley Guobadia worked for the Nigerian Prison Services and retired as the Assistant Director of Prisons.
Simon finished elementary and secondary school in Nigeria. He spent five years at Loyola College before transferring to Government College Ughelli in Delta State, Nigeria. Later, he dropped out of college and went to the United States in 1982, where he got a BBA in accounting from the University of District Columbia in 1993. Simon began his work as a Certified Public Accountant at a number of famous worldwide businesses. He subsequently quit the corporate sector to launch his own business.
In 2007, he established Simon & Company. Simcol Petroleum Limited Company, LLC, a petroleum provider in Atlanta, Georgia, was formed subsequently. He is a first-generation entrepreneur in the petroleum industry. He subsequently extended his company’s offerings to include movies, food and beverages, entertainment, music, and accommodation. He has even made investments in various Atlanta enterprises, including Barbecue restaurant, The Republic, DAS BBQ II, and others.
He has previously worked with “Twelve Music and Publishing, KES Entertainment Group with music mogul Akon, and Simon Paige Productions.” Simon has worked as an executive producer on films such as Jail House Dogs (2012), Ken Ford Live from the Buckhead Theatre (2013), and Spike Lee (2020), among others. Porsha Williams’ husband, RHOA alum Simon, is also a philanthropist. He is a consistent supporter of Northpoint Ministries. Simon has three prior marriages. He was most recently married to Falynn Guobadia, a former RHOA cast member. The couple married in June 2019 but announced their divorce in April 2021.
He is also the father of five children from prior relationships: Nicole, Christian, Quentin, Benjamin, and Ximena. Simon, 57, just married Porsha, 41, a RHOA alum. After a month of dating, the pair got engaged in May 2021. When Simon was married to cast “friend” Falynn on RHOA season 13, they met. Porsha’s past marriages included Kordell Stewart and Dennis McKinely. Porsha and Dennis have a three-year-old daughter named Pilar Jhena (“PJ”).
