Reggie Miller was born Reginald Wayne Miller on August 24, 1965, in California, United States. He is Carrie Turner Miller’s and Saul Miller’s fourth child. Saul Miller was an Air Force computer systems superintendent, and Carrier Miller was a registered nurse.

Reggie has four siblings, the oldest of whom is a saxophonist named Saul Miller Jr. Cheryl Miller, his sister, and Darrell Miller, his brother, are professional basketball and baseball players. Tammy Miller, his younger sister, used to play volleyball.

Reggie Miller graduated with honors from Riverside Polytechnic High School. He later attended the University of California and received a degree in History.
