Pooch Hall described how raising his cerebral palsied daughter, Djanai, transformed his life. The American actor and rapper spoke out to Essence on how having to care for a differently-abled kid affected both him and his wife, Linda Hall.

Hall also saw having a special-needs kid as a gift and encouraged other parents to persevere in the face of adversity. Despite the difficulties, he said that the experience had been amazing and that his daughter had made him a better person. “I want her to be as normal as possible,” Hall said to People.
Linda, the actor’s wife, uploaded a gorgeous image of Djanai sitting in a wheelchair with a beautiful grin on March 4, 2020. The adoring mother dedicated the picture to cerebral palsy awareness month, writing in the caption that her daughter’s grin gave her strength, hope, and bravery. She also expressed her wish to provide hope to other moms who are going through the same thing.
Pooch Hall’s Wife Helps Raise Awareness
In an interview with AfterBuzz, Hall’s wife said that, as a mother of a special-needs kid, she was associated with an organization called Inclusion Club House, which aims to connect families coping with similar issues together. The group arranges activities such as playdates, summer camp, and family prom to provide an environment in which other children in the family can understand and relate with special-needs children. On the occasion of her husband’s birthday, the mother of four shared a gorgeous photo of her family, which was accompanied by a nice remark.

Hall and his wife, who have been married since 1997, have four children: Djanai, Djaeda, Djulian Bryant, and Djordan. Despite being dealt a bad hand, they are amazing parents, standing firm in terrible conditions and doing their best to raise their children. The family dad, on the other hand, was charged with letting his 2-year-old kid drive while intoxicated. According to TMZ, Hall may face a sentence of six years and six months in jail, and his wife has legal custody of their children.
