He made a No Opportunity Wasted (NOW) list of things he wanted to do in his life. Phil has worked as a host and showrunner for various reality competitions.

As the host of the reality show “Tough as Nails,” Keoghan stated that he is inspired by people such as gold miners, builders, coal miners, and others who put in long hours and are not afraid to roll up their sleeves, get their hands dirty, and provide for their families.

Furthermore, the No Opportunity Wasted mantra was heavily reflected in his television show, which he co-created and debuted in 2004.
