YouTuber PewDiePie, Felix Kjellberg, recently announced on social media that he and his wife Marzia Kjellberg are expecting their first child. The internet sensation also uploaded a video montage titled “We’re Having a Baby” with his 111 million YouTube followers. The pair can be seen in the film taking four positive pregnancy tests, seeing their baby’s ultrasound image, and charting their road to motherhood via Marzia’s increasing baby belly. PewDiePie was spotted informing his followers about the news by saying:
“I’ve been concealing something from you. And the reason for this is because I’m going to be a father!”
He went on to say that they first learned Marzia was pregnant in November 2022. The YouTuber went on to say that he was “thankful” that everything was “doing smoothly.” PewDiePie and Marzia met in 2011 and married in 2019 after eight years together. They’ve been married for four years and together for over a decade.

The content creator also said that the news was “pretty odd” to him at first, but that he was “eager” to go on the new journey:
“It’s uncharted ground for me, but Marzia and I are prepared.”
He also expressed gratitude for the opportunity to start a family with the lady he loves, saying:
“I know that whatever is ahead of us, we can accomplish it together.”
The eight-hour YouTube video, which received over 2.8 million views, finished with a scan report and Marzia’s due date of “July 2023.” The revelation enraged supporters, who flocked to social media to congratulate the newlyweds.

Marzia and PewDiePie initially met in 2011 after the former’s buddy suggested she watch the YouTuber’s video Idiot Playing Video Games. Marzia reached out to the content producer after being pleased by his films, and the two spoke over Facebook. They met in person when Felix traveled to Italy to see Marzia. They allegedly started dating soon after, spending most of 2012 in Sweden and Italy before flying to Los Angeles. The pair eventually relocated in Brighton in 2013, where they are also good friends and YouTubers Zoe Sugg and Alfie Deyes. The couple also has three dogs: Maya, Ynk, and Edgar.
Marzia quickly began starring in Felix’s videos while also developing her own lucrative YouTube career. In 2018, the couple got engaged. Felix apparently proposed on their trip to Japan and posted the news with the caption “She said she’d think about it.” Marzia also announced the news, stating, “He proposed.” In August 2019, the pair married in a small wedding ceremony in Kew Gardens in London. Their wedding was apparently held on the same day they originally met eight years ago. Four years after their wedding, the couple is expecting their first child together.
