“When you don’t complete a scene by the end of the day, you have to go back and do pick-ups, and I was in the midst of something else. ‘Yeah, we’re going to do pick-ups for this sequence from the second or first episode,’ I say. Sure, sure, sure.’ Then I had to put on this jumpsuit, and I was like, ‘Oh, yeah.’ And then they completely splatter me with blood. I’m wearing goggles and I’m simply like, ‘Okay, okay.’
He went on to say,
“And then I stepped into this room they’d made to appear like the area we were in, and it’s full of smoke and black, fake blood all over a table, and a table saw with meat on it,” she says.
During the interview, Badgley defined his show character as a “likable serial murderer,” while also discussing Goldberg’s appeal among show viewers, adding,
“We made him that way.”
