Oksana Baiul was born on November 16, 1977, in Ukrainian, SSR, Soviet Union. Oksana’s birthplace is well-known for its Soviet Missiles. When she was two years old, her parents divorced. She was raised solely by her mother after her parents divorced. Her mother was a teacher of French. The athlete’s father died in 2006.
