Netflix’s Tudum provides a short synopsis of what to anticipate from season 2:

“Twelve emerging designers from across the country will compete to create cutting-edge styles. Anticipate oversized puffers and elegant outerwear, as well as cut-out dresses and drag-inspired costumes.”

Season 2 of Next in Fashion will debut on Netflix on Friday, March 3, at 3:01 a.m. ET.

All About the Season 2 of Next in Design

The forthcoming season of Next in Fashion will feature a dozen designers competing in a number of tasks throughout the competition to demonstrate their skill, ingenuity, and ability to create ensembles for various events and materials. Each show will have one victor, and the competitor with the least striking creation will be requested to depart.

Furthermore, during the fast-paced Netflix competition, participants will have to create their designs from inception in a matter of hours in order to please special evaluators and be eligible for the main reward of $200,000 from the membership fashion service, Rent the Runway. The victor will also have the chance to debut their selection on RenttheRunway.com, the service’s website.

Next Fashion’s official video debuted two weeks ago, and it featured Gigi Hadid and Tan France welcoming 12 new competitors and explaining what the show is looking for in the forthcoming season. The beauty stated that it is all about hyperbole and fun, while her co-host informed the candidates that they will create the next classic fashion trends under the “watchful eyes of fashion aristocracy.”
