Ned Eisenberg died recently at the age of 65. His representatives, Nicolosi & Co., confirmed on Monday that the actor died on February 27 at his residence. TMZ initially reported Eisenberg’s death. Patricia, the actor’s wife, and their son, Lino, survive him. Craig Dorfman, Eisenberg’s former manager, told Individuals that the actor was one of the most admirable and accomplished people he had ever dealt with.

Before his death, Ned Eisenberg battled two types of cancer: cholangiocarcinoma and ocular melanoma. Patricia, his wife, noted that her husband fought his two cancer diagnoses valiantly. She stated:

“As Ned would say, he was assassinated by two very unusual assassins: cholangiocarcinoma and ocular melanoma.” He heroically battled the tumors in seclusion for two years while continuing to work in show business to guarantee that his medical coverage compensated for himself and his family.”

The career of actor Ned Eisenberg

Ned Eisenberg was born on January 13, 1957, in the Bronx’s Riverdale section. In 1972, he graduated from Riverdale Junior High School and attended Performing Arts High School. Eisenberg made his theatrical debut in Neil Simon’s Brighton Beach Memoirs. Following that, he performed in a Broadway production of The Green Bird and several other theater roles. In the 1985 romantic comedy Key Exchange, the New York City native played a significant part. He appeared as a guest star in various 1980s television shows, including The Equalizer and Miami Vice.

Eisenberg co-starred with Christopher Meloni and Joe Pantoliano in The Fanelli Boys’ television comedy. In addition, Eisenberg and Fisher Stevens co-founded the Naked Angels Theatre Company in 1987. In Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, the veteran actor appeared as defense attorney Roger Kressler. In 1999, he also featured in the first episode of The Sopranos crime drama. After that, Eisenberg participated in Clint Eastwood’s 2004 sports drama Million Dollar Baby. He also portrayed Joe Rosenthal in Clint Eastwood’s 2006 war film Flags of Our Fathers.
