He is the eldest of nine siblings, with five brothers and four sisters. Sheila Krezwick, his sister, is a computer instructor. Neal said that his father’s family was quite amusing. His five elder brothers, like him, have a terrific sense of humor. That is why he developed an excellent sense of humor and was attracted to comedy. Kevin, his elder brother, also became a comedian and writer. Neal used to go to The Improv in New York City to see his brother’s stand-up comedy.
