Moon Bin, professionally known as Moonbin, was a South Korean actor, dancer, singer, and model who worked under the Fantagio label. He was a member of the Astro boy band and its sub-unit Moonbin & Sanha.

Career
Moonbin made his debut as a child model and ulzzang in 2004 thanks to his mother’s assistance. His first known appearance was in TVXQ’s music video for “Balloons” in 2006 when he played a little U-Know Yunho. He made his acting debut in the Korean drama Boys over Flowers in 2009, playing the younger version of Kim Bum’s character.
Moonbin has been a Fantagio trainee since the fifth grade, eventually becoming a full-fledged trainee in his middle school years. He took part in the company’s boy band initiative iTeen and was the second trainee to be given the Fantagio iTeen Photo Test Cut. Moonbin and the rest of the group featured in a web drama named To Be Continued before making their Astro debut.
Moonbin is a member of Astro, a six-member boy band that released their first extended play, Spring Up, with five songs, including the lead, hit “Hide & Seek.” He appeared on The Ultimate Watchlist of Latest Trends for the first two seasons and was recently cast in Moments of Eighteen. Moonbin confirmed their absence from the forthcoming promotions for their Blue Flame EP release on November 12, 2019.

Death
He was discovered dead at his residence in Seoul’s Gangnam area on the evening of April 19, 2023. His manager tracked him down when he failed to show up for rehearsals. He was 25. According to a statement made by the Seoul Gangnam Police, who are investigating the deceased, “it appears that he committed suicide.” We are presently exploring the option of doing an autopsy to ascertain the exact cause of death.” On April 20, Gangnam Police informed CNN that “no signs of foul play have been found related to this case.”
He was scheduled to play at the Dream Concert in Busan with fellow Astro member Sanha as part of their duet, Moonbin & Sanha, only a day before his death. As of April 20, the organizers had not issued a statement in response to his death.

Who is Moon Bin dating? Moon Bin was single and had never been romantically associated with anybody. However, he has said in multiple interviews that his ideal type is someone who is nice, has a good sense of humor, and is understanding. He has also said that he likes someone who is not too clingy and who respects his personal space.
Moon Bin hasn’t openly dated anybody since his ASTRO debut in 2016.
