Career
Milan Lucic began his career in 2004, with the Coquitlam Express and the Vancouver Giants. In the Entry Draft, he was chosen by the Boston Bruins. On October 5, 200, he made his NHL debut with the Boston Bruins and was subsequently named as the Giants’ next team captain, where he remained until the 2013-2014 season. Milan was then dealt to the Los Angeles Kings on June 26, 2015, where he finished the season with 20 goals.
The next year, he became an unrestricted free agency and signed a three-year, $42 million deal with the Edmonton Oilers. His MVP performance came in the 2007 Memorial Cup, and he was named Canada’s team captain for the 2007 Super Series versus Russia.
