One of Mike’s close pals, who signed him to Elite MX Apparel, has established a campaign to benefit the late rider’s family.

Mike Walker, a motocross racer, died away on January 13, 2024. Walker died in a single accident, according to a member of the MX forum. A Vital MX forum member said that the rider died at Arenacross in front of his family and friends. Another user said that the accident occurred as they attempted to remove a bike off the track.
MaKayla Payne, one of Mike’s closest friends, has organized a fundraiser for the late motocross rider’s family. In her fundraising, MaKayla said that Mike’s wife and children were at Arenacross in Dallas, Texas, to see him do what he loved. The fundraiser’s objective is to raise $8000, and it is halfway there, with the motocross community coming together to help the late rider’s family.
Some of Mike’s closest friends have updated their Facebook profile photos to those of Mike. The caption on the photograph reads “Rest In Peace & Keep Riding”. Broc Payne, MaKayla’s husband, posted another link on his Facebook page explaining how people might help Mike’s family during this difficult time. He posted a post from Elite MX Apparel, a clothing firm that sells shirts with Mike’s bike number and a depiction of him with wings. They made it apparent that the whole proceedings would benefit Mike’s family.
Friends and family Mourn The Tragic Loss
Unfortunately, Mike’s family was there when the disaster occurred. With his family, the rider resided in Superior, Nebraska. Mike is reported to have been married to Debra Sanchez Walker and had three children with her. Debra, like her husband, enjoys riding and has posted many photos of herself with her Harley Davidson. Mike was not very active on social media, therefore he seldom shared details about his personal life. But in June 2022, he uploaded a photo of himself and his three boys riding their bikes.
Aside from that image, Mike’s Facebook page is full of photos of him at different events. Mike is one of Debra and Michael Walker’s two children, and Debra shared a family photo for Christmas 2022. Following the news of Mike’s death, numerous of his pals took to social media to offer their condolences. Kelson Kats posted a compilation video of Mike. She captioned the image, “One of the most caring and motivated men I’ve ever met.” This man’s enthusiasm and love for motocross is unrivaled! Thank you for the memories and friendship you’ve given me.” 835 Suspension and Repair published a photograph of Mike and said that they would donate a portion of their profits for the remainder of January and February to Mike’s family.
