On February 22, 2022, Michael Buble released the music video for his latest single, ‘I’ll Not Love You.’ Buble and his wife reenact various love sequences from some of cinema’s most legendary films in the music video. At the film’s end, Buble’s entire family walks out of a store, where his wife, Luisana Lopilato, is seen with a baby bump. Many people wondered if the video was just a random scene in the music video or if it was the singer’s way of announcing the birth of another child.
However, not long after, during an interview on On Air With Ryan Seacrest, Buble acknowledged the reality. Lopilato also confirmed she was pregnant in an Instagram post.
Michael Buble’s Wife Is Pregnant
Buble went on On Air With Ryan Seacrest just hours after his song ‘I’ll Not Love You launched on his YouTube page. There, Seacrest questioned the ‘Sway’ hitmaker about the reality behind the music video’s final scene.
Buble quipped that his wife had gained weight during the four-day filming because Craft Service provided far too much excellent food. He later became severe and revealed that Lopilato was pregnant.
“The reality is, we are ecstatic,” he remarked.
“We’re happy because we get to inform folks… This is the first time I’ve really said these words, but my wife and I are thrilled to be expecting our fourth [kid].”

Michael Buble’s Parents
Buble and Lopilato began dating in 2008. In November 2009, the couple got engaged a year after they started dating. They eventually married in Buenos Aires in March 2011. Bublé and his partner became parents for the first time on August 27, 2013, when her son Noah Buble was born.
A year later, Lopilato became pregnant again. On January 22, 2016, they had their second child, son Elias Buble. On July 26, 2018, Lopilato gave birth to their only daughter, Vida Amber Betty Buble, completing their four-family.
Michael Buble Son Was Suffering From Cancer
Noah, Buble and Lopilato’s eldest son, was diagnosed with liver cancer in 2016. Following his diagnosis, Bublé stated that he was unsure whether he would return to making music.
“What matters is family,” he remarked.
“My children’s health comes first. My relationships with my family, my wife, and my faith are all easily at the top of the list.”
Buble later described the period following his son’s diagnosis as “traumatic.”
“I’d much rather it had been me,” he said on The Today Show. “There were times when we wished we hadn’t woken up.”
Despite Noah’s recovery from chemotherapy and radiation treatments, Buble acknowledged to James Corden during a Carpool Karaoke session that he was still not feeling well.
Bublé mentioned that he had somehow supported his wife and held himself up during the treatment process. However, after the treatment, he “simply fell,” and Lopilato now scoops him up.
