Holt, Maxwell In 2009, he joined the United States national team. In the Pan American Cup, he made his professional debut. Holt and the United States squad won the NORCECA Championship in 2013. Holt played in the CEV Cup with Dynamo Moscow and the CEV Challenge Cup with Copra Elior Piacenza from 2014 to 2015.
