Maria and Cavani were high school sweethearts
Maria and Cavani met as teenagers and dated for many years before getting married in 2007. Their marriage produced two boys, the older Bautista, born on March 22, 2011, and the younger Lucas, born on March 8, 2013. Even before the birth of their second son, Lucas, the couple’s marriage broke apart. They separated in 2013, and their divorce was completed in 2014. Cavani officially announced his divorce from his wife, explaining that “they split up after months of profound turmoil in their marriage.”
Cavani had to stay in Naples for professional reasons while Maria Soledad returned to South America to give birth. After stating that divorce is always tough, he went on to state that he was divorcing his wife, not his children, and that he has always acted plainly and decisively towards them, fulfilling his commitments to them. He also promised them that their children would have all they needed both now and in the future.
She stated that her husband’s adultery was the cause of their divorce.
Maria Soledad claimed in an interview in 2014 that the basis for her divorce from her then-husband Cavani was her husband’s adultery. She said that she did not trust Cavani and questioned if they expected her to trust a spouse who abandons his wife only a few days after the birth of their kid. Cavani, she alleged, was with another female when their son Lucas was born.
Cavani also insisted on giving birth in Uruguay, stating it would be calmer than giving birth in Naples, where he would be besieged. He wanted to leave her there, she said, so he could feel free while she worked on their new home. When she returned, she tried all she could to salvage their marriage since she didn’t want her children to grow apart from their father. Even still, things didn’t proceed as planned since Cavani had transformed into a new and unrecognizable person at that point.
Who was the woman Cavani had an affair with while they were still married?
Cavani was caught with an Italian Journalist called Maria Rosario Ventrone, putting his arm around her, while playing for Naples, and the word of their affair quickly spread. However, his connection with her lasted less than a year. Ventrone, who was 22 at the time, alleged in an interview that Cavani left her barely nine months after they began living together. Cavani, she added, was quite jealous and possessive, while Ventrone was still trying to figure out why they broke up.
Ventrone explained how she met Cavani and how it all began in another interview. Ventrone initially saw Cavani while training in 2012. According to Ventrone, while her pals fantasized about Beckham, she fantasized about Cavani since his initial impression drew her in. In an interview, she described him as “kind, with strong morals, and distinct from everyone.” Ventrone came to him a little while later, when they had finished taking photographs, to ask for the garment. He approached her by the vehicle after exiting the locker room and gave her a shirt, telling her there was something more inside and asking her to see it later. There was his phone number, and then the dialogue began.
She remembered Cavani telling her that his wife, Maria Soledad, was coming to Uruguay and she wanted to see him, and she told him that she wasn’t going out on the streets for a night. But then it persisted, she said. She had gone again since she knew his relationship with his wife, Maria Soledad, was not going well.
He made her think that she was the first person he had ever loved. Cavani traveled to Uruguay towards the end of 2012 when Maria Soledad was expecting her second child, but when he returned, he was with his mother, not his wife. He also invited her parents to the meal and revealed to them that she adores their kid. Cavani and Ventrone then began living together. Cavani’s departure from Naples for Paris strained their friendship. He became envious and forbade her from speaking with anybody. They called it quits at the end of August.
Cavani has progressed with his new partner.
Cavani is presently engaged to his girlfriend, Jocelyn Burgardt. The couple has two children: a girl in India, born in 2019, and a boy in Silvestre, due in June 2021. However, the pair has yet to marry.
