Around the time of the incident, at 2:30 a.m., the rapper was in a Porsche SUV with another person. When authorities arrived, they located two ladies inside the SUV with gunshot wounds. The person who was with the rapper was taken to the hospital. A male victim who was also wounded in the incident was located at the same location and was allegedly transferred to a medical institution in another car. The victims seemed to be in their early twenties, according to the Houston Police Department and were expected to live due to non-life threatening injuries.
The SUV was fired in both directions, and HPD Assistant Chief Wyatt Martin claimed the following day that they had no information regarding the motivation at the time and that it may have been a case of road rage.
Martin continued:
“It was possible that it was a robbery. We just don’t know, and we don’t have enough knowledge to make a decision at this time.”
So yet, no one has been detained, and officers are interrogating witnesses.
