Lexi Reed

Lexi Reed, a weight-loss influencer, has been brought to the hospital and is being “rehabilitated” after being placed on a ventilator. Danny, the 31-year-husband, old’s revealed on Instagram on Thursday that she was placed in a medically induced coma. He also said that she is on dialysis but does not have insurance to pay medical expenses. Danny informed her Instagram followers that she was always unwell and couldn’t eat anything. To add to the symptoms, Lexi began behaving strangely, prompting him to admit her to the ICU. Reed’s organs had also begun to fail, he was informed.

Danny revealed what the doctors said to him:

“It’s probable she might have died if I had waited.”

Reed’s family has not revealed the cause of his organ failure. The Instagram influencer is most known for sharing her two-year weight reduction struggle. She described how she shed 312 pounds “naturally” with a healthy diet and exercise routine.

Where Is Lexi Reed from?

The Indiana-born social media celebrity has recorded her health struggle on Instagram, where she has 1.2 million followers. Lexi Reed, who goes by the handle @fatgirlfedup, posts about her life on the social networking site. She retained her weight reduction aim as a New Year’s resolution in 2016, as encouraged by her pals. She not only has a big Instagram following, but she also operates a website called DietBet, where people compete to lose weight. Money is also at risk, which motivates individuals to do well along their trip. Reed revealed to People magazine in 2018 that she had been pushed to spend 30 days without ingesting soda, alcohol, or splurging on dining out or cheating meals. She told the publication:

“We began cooking, meal planning, calorie counting, and reading nutrition labels.”

She added: “While revealing her dramatic bodily change,” she said.

“It wasn’t so much about the weight we shed as it was about the life we got.”

Lexi Reed had skin removal surgery after her weight reduction journey to remove the remaining loose skin. She had it taken from her stomach and intended to have more removed in the future. Following the creation of covid, the weight loss influencer said that the epidemic had put a halt to her health progress. She posted a photo of herself at her highest weight in September of last year. Lexi, on the other hand, said that she was “still delighted to be alive despite worrying I’d miss 30 and never go back to where I was.” Her most recent Instagram post prior to her health announcement was on January 3, when she announced a new weight loss game for 2022.
