Lauren went on to work at the Pacific Conservatory Theatre in Santa Maria, California, after graduating. She went on to make her theatrical debuts in “Arsenic and Old Lace” and “The Happiest Fella” in the following years. Tewws also joined the Birdcage Theatre Company at Knott’s Berry Farm. She made her television debut in a Lipton Ice Tea advertisement in mid-1974.
