Caputo Jr. has been in a long-term relationship with his girlfriend Leah Munch since they both attended the College of Mount Saint Vincent as undergraduate students. His girlfriend appears frequently in his Instagram posts. The couple is always seen together, from vacations to dinner dates. There have been no reports of Caputo Jr. getting married, but Victoria recently married. Victoria married Michael Mastrandrea on May 22nd. On Instagram, the Long Island Medium star shared clips from her daughter’s bridal shower to the wedding.
Even if Caputo Jr. hasn’t made Munch his bride, he frequently takes her as his date to weddings. Munch has been his wedding date on more than five occasions, as evidenced by his Instagram. However, it is unknown whether Caputo Jr. chose Munch as his date for his sister’s wedding.

Caputo Jr. explained to TLC how his mother’s mediumship was normal to them because they had grown up witnessing it. His friends were also unconcerned about his mother’s ability; it was as natural to him as it was to them. Even if they thought he was strange, they never made him feel that way. Theresa would even give them advice on college choices and the dating scene.
Regardless, the 29-year-old stated that he was still proud of his mother and the joy she brought to others through her readings. When asked if his mother ever gave him insights from the great beyond, he clarified that Theresa only gave him motherly advice because she never gave him medium advice.
His sister Victoria also shared details about their childhood. Despite the fact that they were surrounded by cameras, she revealed how ordinary their upbringing was. They went to school, hung out with friends, played sports, and spent time with their family, just like any other kid. She went on to say that the series revealed everything that was going on behind the scenes. They were just like any other family: loud, funny, expressive, and crazy.
