Kodak Black Was Detained For Violating A Bail Requirement Drug Test

Kodak Black

Kodak Black, an American musician, is sought by Florida authorities after reportedly violating his parole terms and failing a drug test. According to TMZ, a magistrate signed off on an arrest request for the 25-year-old on Thursday, February 23, and directed him to be brought into custody if officials came across him.

The arrest order was issued after the court discovered two breaches committed by Kodak Black in recent weeks. The office where he was meant to report for random drug testing disclosed on February 3 that he did not show up for a screening and even neglected to send a sample that day. Later, on February 8, the same agency stated that the artist had submitted a sample the week before, but the findings verified that he had narcotics in his system. The result showed that Kodak’s body contained residues of fentanyl, but the quantity was not specified.

Kodak Black was detained on suspicion of drug dealing.

Kodak Black was detained in July 2022 for possession of restricted substances for trafficking and without a prescription. Officials disclosed that 31 hydrocodone tablets were discovered in his vehicle during a traffic check in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. They also seized more than $70,000 in currency. He was freed on the condition that he does not use narcotics and that he pay a $75,000 bond. If he is caught, he will be detained without the possibility of release until his next judicial appearance. Kodak’s name was recently mentioned in another court fight involving an event that occurred at Justin Bieber’s Super Bowl afterparty.

Adam Rahman and Mark Schaefer, who was slain on February 12, 2022, sued Kodak and Justin. The latter pair claimed to have been “severely wounded” during a gunshot over the Super Bowl holiday. The altercation occurred outside West Hollywood’s The Nice Man eatery, where Bieber hosted a party that wounded four people, including Kodak.

According to the accused victims, the Usain Boo artist played a significant role in escalating the brawl. According to news accounts, an unidentified individual assaulted someone in Kodak Black’s group, prompting the artist to take a stance and defend his buddy. He was arrested on New Year’s Day 2022 on a minor trespassing charge, and in 2021, he plea guilty to a 2016 s*xual attack charge.
