Kiana Tom started her career in 1988 as a cast member of the syndicated show BodyShaping. In 1995, she launched her program, Kiana’s Flex Appeal, after working with her team. Kiana taught numerous workouts, gym training, and aqua flex training throughout the curriculum. Furthermore, the program lasted almost six years, ending in 2001.
