Kenjiro Tsuda Biography

Kenjiro Tsuda was born in Jakarta and lived there until he was seven years old. He graduated from Meiji University, where he studied theatrical literature in the department of literature; initially, he pondered becoming a film director, but he also had an interest in acting. He attended and passed a non-degree course at the En • Theatrical Research Institute, despite his enthusiasm for theater practice.

Tsuda had worked at a theatre company office after graduating from a commerce school. Tsuda’s work has centered on voice acting since then, as he’s worked in theater, television dramas, and movie appearances, among others; he’s also been active at many levels, including as a narrator and radio personality, in television programs, commercials, and the like.

Kenjiro Tsuda Height, Weight

He is 5 feet 7 inches tall. He weighs approximately 65 kg. He has lovely warm black eyes and Black locks. There is no information on his chest-waist-hip measurements, dress size, shoe size, biceps, and so on.

Career

  • Tsuda enjoys both filming and watching films. He started going to movies in junior high; while he had watched classic Western movies until senior high and concentrated on creative films after entering college, his primary interest is clearly in non-genres.
  • Tsuda stepped over as a replacement actor for a few parts in 2017 while Keiji Fujiwara was recuperating from sickness (those of Isami Enomoto in “Space Battleship Yamato 2202: Warriors of Love,” Hannes in “Attack on Titan”).
  • Tsuda made his directorial debut on February 2, 2019, with the release of “Documentertainment AD-LIVE” (the term being a portmanteau of “documentary” and “entertainment”).
  • On November 24, 2020, WOWOW will premiere “Actor’s Short Film,” a project initiated to mark the station’s 30th anniversary since its inception: Five actors (under the same budget and time constraints) will direct short films up to 25 minutes long each; one of the five films would be selected, based on viewer and film critic votes, to be exhibited at the Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia in 2021 — was announced on Twitter;
  • Tsuda participated with his own short film, “GET SET GO,” starring Ryou Ryuusei and Shunsuke Daitou. Tsuda appeared in the film as an actor as well as a director and screenwriter. The release of these five films started on January 13, 2021.
  • Tsuda revealed on Twitter that he was called “Kenbou” (literally, “Ken Sonny,” which is actually a pet form based on his given name’s meaning, “Healthy Second Son”) at the recording location of the game “Death Stranding” by, among others, game designer Hideo Kojima and voice actor Akio tsuka — working for the general manager.
  • Several days later, voice actor Akihiko Ishizumi, who had been with the actor at the same game recording site, wrote “Kenbou” in a Tweet to Tsuda.

Kenjiro Tsuda’s Net Worth in 2023

Kenjiro Tsuda’s net worth or net income is estimated to be $1 million – $7 million dollars as of December 2023. He has made such an amount of wealth from his primary career as a Voice Actor.

Kenjiro Tsuda Wife, Marriage

Tsuda married a lady he met when he was just starting out as a stage actress (she is not a celebrity, as Tsuda said on Instagram), and he is the father of two children. Tsuda believed that by not officially announcing his marriage, he could protect his family’s safety; another reason for this approach is the large appeal that Tsuda’s favorite actors have carried as figures who have not displayed their private lives — he, too, had thoughts of becoming an expressive person like that, so he hadn’t made his marriage public. However, in July 2020, he learned that a news report about his marriage had been published in one part of a weekly magazine (Shkanshi), and he chose to publicize this information on his Instagram.
