Aaron’s high school years were marked by exceptional achievements, including lettering in football, basketball, baseball, and track.
His athleticism earned him all-district honors in both football and basketball, demonstrating his versatile abilities. Aaron took his skills to the collegiate level, playing for Rice University in Houston for two seasons. He made an indelible mark at Rice, racking up 1,187 yards and 10 touchdowns in 22 games. Notably, he became the fastest player to reach 1,000 career yards at Rice. Aaron’s outstanding performance earned him a spot on the 2017 C-USA All-Freshman team.
In addition, he received the George R. Brown Offensive Award as the Owls’ leading receiver. Aaron Cephus now works as a Lead Instructor at It Can Be Done Fitness.
