Moriah Peters, an American singer-songwriter, is Smallbone’s wife. They are deeply in love and often share photos of one other on social media. On Instagram, he mentioned Moriah as his real-life Wonder Woman, which piqued our interest. It was obvious that he values his wife and does not take her for granted. He complimented her in the post for being as strong and fearless as she has always been and for loving him despite his imperfections. Not only that, but he never passes up an occasion to commemorate their union. He treasures every minute with her, from the first time he met her through their first date and, of course, their anniversaries.

Smallbone revealed to Project Team Inspired that he met his adored bride during his brother Luke’s wedding. And although he doesn’t believe in love at first sight, he admits that there was a spark between them when he first met her. This spark prompted him to invite her to dance with him, and they continued to spend time together even after the wedding.
In reality, they spent all of their time together since she was in town for a few days following the wedding. The couple was so in love at the time that they composed a duet love song called ‘I’ll Wait for You.’ In the days that followed, he had a distinct impression that he had met his future bride. That’s a great sensation! He has also said that he thought he and Moriah were destined to be together from the moment they met. When asked how he knew his wife was “the one” for him, he said that when they met, he realized there were aspects lacking from his past relationships that made more sense with her.

The pair do not typically get to spend much time together since, while working in the same field, their jobs keep them busy and away from each other. The distance, however, cannot keep them apart, and they find a way to stay in contact with each other at all times due to technology. Furthermore, being in the same sector helps to put things into perspective since they celebrate one other and what they stand for. But when they do get to see one other, it usually involves a lot of traveling and sharing a stage.
There are no children in the life of this hardworking couple since their lives are full of bustle and hectic activities. Smallbone, on the other hand, has admitted that things will ultimately calm down for them, and they’ll both have more time for each other and perhaps even have a family.
Fights may be resolved more easily when there is mutual love and respect.
Smallbone does not believe in the age-old adage that “opposites attract” and instead believes that he and his wife are more similar in character than not. Because of their personality similarities, the pair seldom has arguments. If they do have a disagreement, they both make an active effort to settle it by communicating their emotions and remembering that they are supposed to be together.
