Gina Rodriguez and her husband, Joe LoCicero, are expecting their first child together, and happiness is in the air for the pair. On July 30, the Jane the Virgin actress turned to Instagram to share the happy news of her 38th birthday, accompanied by a touching video.

The short film shows glimpses of the couple’s daily life, with the pair displaying love for one another. Gina is shown at the end flashing the pregnancy test with tears in her eyes, as Joe smiles and holds her from behind. Rodriguez used Calum Scott’s You Are The Reason in the backdrop of her Instagram image, along with a moving spoken quotation, stating:
“Anyone may desire you, but when someone genuinely appreciates you, the love is different.”
Several A-list celebrities who have collaborated with Gina Rodriguez and Joe LoCicero have congratulated them on their wonderful news. Jaime Camil, an actor, commented:

Joe LoCicero, 35, is an actor who has appeared in various television programs and films, like Gina Rodriguez. LoCicero was born in New York City on August 9, 1986. He began his acting career in 2013 when he appeared in the short film Hector: Lost Souls with Switchblades as a goon. He has since featured in a number of series, including Kingdom, Spaghettiman, Welcome to Willits, Cop Chronicles: Loose Cannons: The Legend of the Haj-Mirage, Miss Bala, and Someone Great, The Bold and the Beautiful, Just Swipe, and many more.
