The other three convicted perpetrators were Eugene Tracy Hill, Diante Arik Wiley, and Andre Alonte Willis, in addition to Broadus Jamal Daniels (JG Wardy). U.S. Attorney Matthew M. Graves announced the allegations against Wayne A. Jacobs of the Criminal and Cyber Division of the FBI Washington Field Office. According to the indictment, these four individuals participated in a lengthy scheme to distribute marijuana and oxycodone.
Hill and Willis were accused of distributing, possessing with the intent to distribute, and conspiring to distribute over 100 kilograms of marijuana. In addition to drug trafficking offenses, the indictment disclosed that Wiley played a crucial role in safeguarding his co-conspirators and their drug operations. Wiley assembled AR-Pistol machineguns with components purchased from online retailers in order to protect the narcotics, money, and territory associated with the conspiracy.
